- Any one fruit per day – apple-1/2,sweet lime -1/orange -1/papaya -4 pcs/pears – 1/musk melon-3-4 pcs
- Gingelly oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, groundnut oil.
